We accept all returns within 30 days of delivery. If your item has a quality issue or manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.

*This guarantee will not be granted if the products are found to be damaged or misused intentionally. It will also not apply to custom products.

Return Instructions

Returning product(s) to us is simple and easy!

1. Fill out Zendori Art Return Form (download here) and print it out.
2. Pack all items in original product packaging in a secure box. Enclose Zendori Art Return Form and your Original Receipt with your items.
3. Return shipping is at your expense. Please send the return package to the address below using any pre-paid trackable/insured shipping method. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

We do not accept returns that are not purchased from our website.

Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process a full refund, minus shipping costs, gift wrap costs and other additional charges, if any, to your original form of payment immediately. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your refund to be reflected on your credit statement.

Note: Orders with Free Shipping offer will have a non-refundable shipping charge of $6.99 for Zendori Art products.
